Preview and approve organization

Mouzi 0.2.0 lets you inspect an organization plan before any file changes. Open Review queue or choose Organize for waiting files in the popup.

1. Inspect each source file, matched rule and destination.
2. Select the operations you want. Entries with errors cannot be selected.
3. Choose Review selected operations.
4. Confirm with Apply operations, or cancel to leave the files unchanged.

Results are shown individually. A failed operation does not hide successful results for other files.

Changed files and expired previews

A preview lasts 30 minutes and can be applied once. Refresh it after changing files, rules or folder settings. Execution checks the planned operation again; changed files or destination conflicts are rejected instead of silently using a different plan.

Misleading executable filenames

Names such as invoice.pdf.exe produce a local warning and are held for review during automatic processing. These entries start unchecked. This check examines the filename; it does not scan for malware or quarantine files.

Trash operations

Trash actions also start unchecked. If approved, they send files to the system Recycle Bin/Trash. Restore them there, not through Mouzi’s History undo.

Suggest mode

Choose Suggest for a watched folder to collect arrivals for approval. Scheduling does not move these files behind the review queue. Silent mode still organizes eligible files automatically; selecting Suggest is an explicit per-folder choice.
