This happens because Mouzi is new and not yet signed with a code certificate (which costs ~$400/year - not feasible for a free side project). Mouzi is 100% open source and safe.
Mouzi is flagged by 3 heuristic engines (Arctic Wolf, SecureAge, Sophos) only because it's new and unsigned. None of them detect actual malware. Sophos explicitly classifies it as "PUA" (Potentially Unwanted Application) - meaning it just finds the automatic file-sorting behavior suspicious.
